Jail Time

First offense: The amount of jail time for a first offense charge will be 48 hours or up to 6-months in jail

Second offense: The amount of jail time for a second offense charge will be 96 hours or up to 6-months in jail

Third offense: The amount of jail time for a third offense charge will be 120 days or up to 1-year in jail

Fines

First offense:  Charge will be between $1400 to $2000

Second offense: Charge will be between $1800 to $2800

Third offense: Charge will be between $1800 to $2800

License Suspension

First offense: Your license will be suspended for 6 months

Second offense: Your license will be suspended for 1 year

Third offense: Your license will be suspended for 3 years
