Jail Time:
First offense: minimum jail sentence for a first offense conviction is 48 consecutive hours with a maximum jail sentence is up to 1-year in jail
Second offense: mandatory minimum jail sentence for a second offense conviction is 7 days in county jail with a maximum jail sentence is up to 2-years in county jail
Third offense: mandatory minimum jail sentence for a third or subsequent offense conviction is 30 days in prison with a maximum jail sentence is up to 5-years in prison
Fines:
First offense: between $625 to $1,250.
Second offense: between $1,500 to $6,500.
Third offense: between $2500 to $8000.
License:
First offense: your license will be revoked for 180 days
Second offense: your license will be revoked for 2-years
Third offense: your license will be revoked for 6-years
