Second offense: one month to a year in jail

Third offense: two to 10 years in prison

Fines:

First offense: a fine of up to $2,000

Second offense: a fine of up to $4,000

Third offense: a $10,000 fine

License:

First offense: loss of driver license up to a year

Second offense: loss of driver license up to two years

Third offense: loss of driver license up to two years
